When we help a dog, we must act within the limits of our actual abilities and capacities. Providing help beyond our own boundaries leads to exhaustion and disrupts our inner peace.
If we try to save a dog in an inappropriate way, we begin to pay the price of its destiny. Instead of progress and an improved relationship, we end up taking a step backward. Simultaneously, giving as much as we can remains important, but never to the point that it threatens our own stability and the peace within our home.
